Please fill out the form below to request your pet’s appointment. Start by entering your details, then add your pet’s name, age, and sex. Next, choose the clinic location, date, and time that suit you best. We will review your request and send a confirmation email shortly.
How To Book An Appointment
- Step 01: Enter your personal details and pet details in the form.
- Step 02: Click the “PAY” button and complete the payment process.
- Step 03: Once your payment is successful, copy the Order ID provided.
- Step 04: Paste the copied Order ID in the required field, then click the “BOOK” button.
- Step 05: You will automatically receive a confirmation email (please do not reply to this email).
- Step 06: After the doctor confirms your booking, you will receive a separate email with the appointment time or Zoom link.
